Precautionary Measures (COVID-19 Pandemic), Guaranteed Availability

In these times of ongoing concerns regarding the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), F24 would like to inform you about our precautionary measures and processes, which have been put in place to both protect our employees and ensure the continued availability of F24 services for you as our customers:

  1. Ensuring Continued Operations and Customer Service
    In order to ensure continued operations of F24 services and our well-known customer service also in case of a proven COVID-19 infection among members of the F24 staff, we have extended our home office policy and enabled all of our employees to work mainly from home. A selection of F24 employees have already been working remotely since the advent of the virus to decrease the probability of dissemination in case of a (suspected) infection of a team-member. In this case F24 would order every colleague of F24-staff in danger of infection to work from home for the following two weeks (incubation period).
    F24 has put in place several additional safety precautions like travel restrictions, hand sanitation stations and behavioural instructions to secure the health of our employees and visitors in the best possible way.

  1. Securing Stability of User Experience
    In these days many of you are using FACT24 even more intensely than usually. Therefore, unlike planned, we decided not to release any new features in March in order to ensure you as our customers are able to work with FACT24 in the way you know itYou will be informed as soon as we have defined an updated time frame to release any new features in FACT24.

  1. Guaranteed Availability
    F24 operates an integrated management system according to the international standards ISO/IEC 27001:2013 for information security and ISO 22301:2019 for critical business processes. This means that F24 services are also available in emergency situations. The availability of all key business processes is maintained and continued at all times to enable our guaranteed service availability of 99.99 % for our contracted FACT24 services due to full redundancy.

What has changed in the FACT24 Help Portal?

The FACT24 Help Portal is constantly being enriched with new content. Particularly in view of the current global challenge of the pandemic, we are working on specific, helpful articles to support, for example, the creation and activation of alerts. These will be uploaded shortly.
