FACT24 ENS Release 2.30.0.0: Possible Caller ID Verification
FACT24 ENS Release 2.30.0.0 will take place on Saturday, 10 June 2023 between 9 am and 1 pm.
The aim of this release is to make your alerting even more reliable in the future by updating our telephony technology and introducing the option of verified caller IDs for your alerting by telephone.
The new verification function increases the likelihood that the delivery of a call via FACT24 will show the number dialed, especially for numbers from abroad. To increase the reliability of the transmission of your dialed caller ID, we recommend that all FACT24 users activate this function.
All administrators with permission to communicate will receive a corresponding e-mail stating whether the function is usable for you. If you meet the requirements and would like to benefit from the changes, you will need to verify your caller IDs after the release.
