Why does the message appear that this e-mail address is assigned to a user?

Multiple use of a single e-mail address by different users is not provided for in FACT24 for various reasons, including security. We therefore recommend assigning a unique individual e-mail address in FACT24 to every user within an enterprise. If no other solution can be found in your case, multiple use is still possible, but the following note will be displayed: “This e-mail address is already in use by another user within your enterprise.”
