A step-by-step help with our Guided Tours in FACT24
Since 08/19/2020 we offer targeted support to the operation of the FACT24 Web interface in the form of guided tours (guided tours). These Guided Tours take you step-by-step through the FACT24 interface and explain in detail what needs to be done to carry out a specific work step. In this way, we enable you to achieve your goals even faster and more easily directly via your FACT24 interface.
In order to make these Guided Tours available to you, we use an established technical solution from the German company Userlane GmbH based in Munich.
How to get to the Guided Tours in FACT24:
You can call up the Guided Tours in your FACT24 web interface at the bottom right. Simply click on the photo of our colleague (Linda Jerónimo, Product Marketing) and you will be shown a selection of possible guided tours.

The Guided Tours are available in four languages : English, German, French and Spanish. The Guided Tours are displayed in the language you have selected in the FACT24 web interface.
To begin with, we offer the following tours:
- The first tour gives you a quick overview so that you can find your way around FACT24. The functionalities of the FACT24 start page are described and the data transfer to FACT24.
- The second tour takes you through a series of steps to create an enableable alarm from scratch.
- The third Guided Tour covers everything related to alarm activation, where to find the alarms that can be activated and how to finally activate the alarm.

The number above the photo of our colleague shows the number of steps that are still missing to successfully complete a tour. If all steps of a guided tour have actually been carried out, i.e. also the entries in fields, etc., no number is displayed anymore.
